• 3.5 ton electric counterbalanced forklifts are currently the most stable main tonnage in the industrial vehicle market. The rated load precisely covers the in-plant handling needs for the majority of palletized goods (raw materials, semi-finished products, complete palletized finished products).
• Battery platform: Mainly adopts 80V high-voltage platform, with capacities ranging from 210Ah to 560Ah available. Lithium iron phosphate battery is maintenance-free and supports 1-hour fast charging.
• Motor and control: Dual AC asynchronous motors (for movement + lifting), IGBT control, smooth starting at zero speed with full torque
• Range: Standard battery lasts 6–8 hours per shift; large-capacity version can support multi-shift continuous operation, and can be revived with a quick charge during lunch break
• Protection level: Core components are IP67, the entire vehicle is IPX4. Some models have passed -20℃ low-temperature tests and rain tests, and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

High-strength chain

The chain links undergo overall quenching and tempering (quenching + high-temperature tempering) as well as surface carburizing or induction quenching. The core maintains high toughness (resistant to impact), while the surface hardness reaches HRC 35–45, significantly enhancing wear resistance.
