he 12-ton model is a large-tonnage internal combustion counterbalanced forklift, which is the core equipment for ports, steel mills, stone industries, and heavy logistics. It is equipped with an enhanced mast (double-stage/three-stage fully free), thickened frame, and large wheelbase, featuring high torsional rigidity. With a rated load of 12 tons, the center of gravity is stable, making it suitable for long-term heavy-load operations. The standard configuration includes Cummins, Wuxi, and Yuchai 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engines (approximately 120–160 kW), with high torque and durability, suitable for continuous high-intensity operations. It is also often equipped with a hydraulic torque converter + automatic transmission gearbox (front 3 rear 3 or front 4 rear 4), ensuring smooth heavy-load starting and reducing the risk of stalling.

The fully hydraulic power-assisted braking system has strong braking capability; a large-capacity bladder accumulator with excellent performance is selected, and the reliability of emergency braking is high.

Electrical system H-type layout

The wiring harness layout is neat and beautiful, and maintenance is convenient; the electrical components are fixed on both sides of the vehicle body, and are balanced and firm; the wiring harness is shortened, without unnecessary bends, and the conductivity efficiency is higher.
