Routine maintenance should be performed after the electric stacker has been in operation for one week; the efficiency, service life, and safety of the stacker depend on daily maintenance.

(1) Safety rules for maintenance: When servicing the electrical system, contact between metal objects and live electronic components can cause short circuits or fires. Therefore, please remove watches, earrings, or other jewelry.

(2) Before servicing the electric stacker, unplug the power connector and disconnect the power supply.

(3) Turn off the key switch before opening the side covers or accessing the electrical system.

(4) Before inspecting the hydraulic system, lower the forks to release system pressure.

(5) When checking for oil leaks, use paper or cardboard to wipe the area; do not touch it directly with your hands to avoid burns.

(6) Be aware that oil temperatures in the transmission or hydraulic systems may be high. Allow the stacker to cool down before changing gear oil or hydraulic oil to prevent burns caused by high temperatures.

(7) Use clean, new oil for the hydraulic system. Contaminated hydraulic oil can damage precision hydraulic components and reduce the system's overall performance.

Mixing different brands of hydraulic oil can also damage components and impair system performance; therefore, use the same brand when adding or replacing hydraulic oil.

(8) Comply with environmental regulations regarding oil storage and disposal; do not discharge oil into sewage systems

(9) Disconnect the battery before performing any welding on the vehicle body. Welding current can flow into the battery; disconnecting the battery prevents this.

(10) When working underneath the electric stacker, ensure it is securely supported by stands. Improper support poses a risk of the stacker tipping over and causing injury; working underneath the stacker is strictly prohibited unless it is properly supported by lifting equipment or stands.
