When selecting a counterbalanced forklift, consider the following key factors:

First, structural configuration: A four-point structure is suitable for scenarios requiring high stability or operating on average-quality flooring, such as heavy-load warehouses or manufacturing workshops; however, if operating aisles are narrow, the minimum turning radius must be checked against spatial constraints.

Second, power source: Electric forklifts are ideal for indoor environments and sectors sensitive to emissions and noise-such as food processing and pharmaceuticals-though the feasibility of charging infrastructure and shift-based operations requires assessment. Conversely, internal combustion forklifts are better suited for outdoor use, continuous operations, or environments where charging is inconvenient.

Third, mast specifications: Free-lift height and minimum mast height determine the forklift's ability to operate in low-clearance areas, while the maximum lift height must align with the height of storage racks or stacking requirements.

Fourth, vehicle weight and axle load: With a curb weight of 3,340 kg and an overall width of 1,050 mm, these specifications influence flooring load-bearing requirements and aisle width planning. Understanding the interplay between these parameters provides better guidance for actual selection than comparing individual figures in isolation.
